This is a support group for weight loss and a healthy life style. We all love our horses and sometimes our weight can get in the way of riding. I am not looking for any type of diet or weight loss products. I am looking for support for when I have a craving and think I need to have a snack. Usually at 10:00 at night. I do great during the day. I am a bored eater. When I am bored I need to find something to do. I also like to fidget and have to have my hands busy. What better way to keep my hands busy than with food.
Hi Joan!! Ran into some problems getting logged into this site but all is well now. Wondering if the others are also having an issue. I’m not sure where to start with this. Do you have a strategy in mind to keep us accountable and on track?
